Thanks to our experience, we also move large instruments using traditional methods and certified harnesses, ensuring safety and precision at every stage of our door-to-door service.

We have a dedicated 600m² area for the storage and safekeeping of musical instruments and accessories.
We offer customized integrated logistics solutions: warehouse management, storage, inventory control, transportation, end-customer delivery, and reverse logistics, including packaging collection.
The logistics center is equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance systems and quality control systems to ensure safety and traceability at every stage.
STAGE MANAGER
Specialized personnel for orchestra setup
We provide highly qualified personnel for the preparation of rehearsal rooms, the stage, and the orchestra pit. Our team boasts extensive experience assisting during concerts and events, ensuring precise positioning of instruments, music stands, and technical equipment. We operate with discretion and professionalism, even during stage changes, wearing dark suits as required by institutional settings, ensuring efficiency, order, and perfect coordination with the artistic and technical management.

Import/export customs assistance and ATA Carnet
We directly manage all import and export customs procedures, liaising with the Customs Agency to ensure swift and compliant procedures. We handle the issuance of ATA Carnets for non-EU countries, transit permits for holidays and nights, and access authorizations for European cities. We operate with national and international transport licenses, ensuring comprehensive support and operational continuity throughout every stage of the transfer.

Musical accessories rental
We have a wide range of accessories for complete symphony sets: orchestra and choir chairs, music stands, and other technical equipment. We offer a rental service for concerts and events, both on-site and off-site, adapting to any location, from theaters to outdoor spaces. We guarantee the supply, delivery, positioning, and collection of equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and perfect functionality for every production.

Logistics technician for the transfer of musical instruments
We offer specialized logistics support for the safe transportation of orchestras and musical instruments, both in Italy and abroad. We coordinate ground and airport transportation, supervise loading and unloading, and manage customs procedures, liaising with local theaters and organizations. We carefully manage every operational phase, ensuring punctuality, safety, and perfect organization, ensuring each instrument arrives at its destination in optimal condition.
